The Windows 7 Compatibility Center states that your PlusTek OpticFilm 7200i Scanner is compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 7 but a download from the manufacturer is required for full functionality (full report here). The PlusTek Support site has a driver package for the OpticFile 7200i here and the user guide is here.

Nov 21, 2017 · After extensive searching on both Silverlight and Plustek web sites, I was able to piece this together from the archives. The drivers for the Plustek are quirky with a Windows 10 64bit system. To make matters worse, Silverlight 6.5 (which ships with the Plustek) and the upgrade, 6.6, can be unstable with Windows 10.
