Students can contact the Student Support Adviser on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Appointments are not always necessary but can be made via email and phone. Students are welcome to stop by the Student Support Adviser Office (Room 0.92, East Wing, Eldon Building) to check availability.

Student IT Support - You can get free, face-to -face support for University related student IT problems. Either go to the Student IT Help Centre (next to the Students’ Union) or visit an IT help desk in any Open Access IT Suite. Alternatively, help is available via the IT Help webpage and our 24/7 support telephone line (023 9284 7777).

The Student IT Support Centre is open from 10am to 4pm on weekdays during term time and helps with a very broad range of problems (including problems with student owned laptops). The Academic Skills Unit (Nuffield Building, [email protected]) provides support for IT skills in programmes such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
