Jan 29, 2018 · printer will not print color when i want it to. the test page prints color, shows color levels are good. i go to advanced settings and select color..but it automatically sets it back to monochromatic as soon as i exit the settings menu.

I understand that you have an HP ENVY 4525 All-in-One Printer and when connected via USB, there is a Color option in the paper/quality tab. But the Color option is absent when the printer is connected to wifi.
