Dec 10, 2009 · I have to delete the green background and then export it with Apple ProRes 422. I manage to do all that without problem, but when I export it into After Effects, it doesn't recognize the Alpha Channel, interpreting the background as a solid black,. The output that I need is a FLV for Flash, where its going to be online... cheers, Javier

Oct 17, 2018 · Premiere Pro 2019 also has Problems with ProRes 4444 files containing an alpha channel. It reads every alpha as completely solid. A project I started in CC 2018 worked fine - all alpha channels worked the way they should - now in Premiere Pro 2019 all Alpha Channels in ProRes4444 don't work anymore.
