The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for all IT help and support. You can call the IT Service Desk 24/7 on 020 7882 8888 or raise a ticket. You can visit us in the Queens' Building on the Mile End Campus. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm. Out of Hours phone support (NorMAN)

We supply all students with a QMUL email address during their time here. Our email service is provided by Microsoft Office 365, which offers 50GB of mail storage, QMUL-wide shared calendaring system, and access from mobile devices. Official QMUL communications to students are sent to QMUL email accounts, so it is important you check it regularly.
