    Sure, they could throw it in I guess, why not? It doesn't hurt anyone. The inherent problem is that a controller is barely any more appropriate for controlling a Quake game than a DDR mat or a joystick, should the game support those too to get DDR players to switch to PC and flight sim players to switch to FPS?
