Yes, Foglight NMS supports Netflow v9. Make sure that you have added the cisco 4500 device to the NMS system and that it is in a policy that has the Netflow monitor checked (i.e. Networking Policy). Verify that you are sending the netflow traffic to the NMS agent that is monitoring the Cisco 4500.
