Aug 25, 2015 · Unfortunatelly I must work with jsf 1.2. After some research I've found that it can be done with a4j:support, however I have no idea how to include it into my project. Do I need to download some old richfaces libraries ? (as i know richfaces 4 doesnt support jsp syntax). Or does exists some other way to achieve this goal ??

Jun 26, 2012 · But I think that you can solve it by moving the reRender attribute from the <a4j:support> to the <a4j:commandButton>, so that it's only re-rendered when the default action completes. Or even better, just remove that <a4j:support> altogether, you don't seem to need it at all.

Bean1.onSelectOneMenuChange() will change the value of Bean1.textbox1 , Bean1.textbox2,Bean1.textbox3 and Bean1.textbox4 depending on the value selected (Bean1.val1) .Sometimes , it will change all the textbox value and sometimes it will only changes some textbox value.
