Oct 29, 2016 · RocketRaid 620/622/640/644 (archive containing BOTH driver debs): rr6xx-drivers-precise.tar.gz. RocketRaid 2322/2320 (should work for releases up to 12.04): rr232x-dkms_1.10_all.deb. These packages have already been patched as necessary and make use of DKMS, which means the driver will be correctly recompiled whenever you update your kernel.

Sep 14, 2017 · Its actually BOTH the Rocket 640L and the RocketRaid 640L...If you don't use RAID then it uses the Rocket 640L and if you do configure Raid then it uses the ROCKETRAID 640L...I did not realize this until I looked at the card itself and it reads Rocket 640L and RocketRaid 640L....Yes i was able to install OS X 10.10 directly onto two SSDs in Raid 0 which mean its using the RocketRaid 640L...
