Apr 03, 2008 · Sounds like the Dell version doesn't support AC3, but you should still be able to burn a DVD. Open your project and go to File/Project Settings. Make sure the audio is set for LPCM. Uses more space, but any DVD player can play it.

Jun 19, 2007 · I just got a new computer with Roxio Creator and MyDVD 9.0 DE already installed on it. When trying to add a file it says that this version does not support AC3 audio format and that I would need to look for an upgraded version that supports it.

Feb 16, 2008 · MyDVD 9 defaults to AC3 stereo audio. EVERY DVD I have burned has AC3 audio when finished. I have used several files from a JVC Everio which records with AC3 audio with no problem at all. We need more details. Go slow and don't leave any steps out.

May 02, 2019 · I downloaded the file and tried playing it with VLC - Excellent audio. I then used NXT 7's myDVD to create an iso file which played fine with audio. Examining the MPG file with MediaInfo shows that it has PCM audio. The ISO that MyDVD made has AC3 audio The software (properly installed) seems to be doing its job.
