Jul 18, 2019 · He doesn't need plug-in support or anything he was trying to come up with an idea so that way you could edit it in the editor without plug-ins a.k.a. work with it natively. Instead of hoping that the plug-ins is out there and it's not out of date because RPG maker decided to break the universe for the sixth time.

Oct 24, 2015 · Why newly RPG Maker MV don't support XInput gamepads by default? It's 2015! Why it cant use XBOX360 and similar gamepads? Really annoying thing. And disappointing. P.S. Yeah-yeah, I know about plugins and someone can create xinput support plugin, but why it don't have support by default? Even for VX Ace scriptwriters created own xinput support scripts.

I want to detect if a gamepad is connected to the computer to make different message on the tutorial of my game, if a gamepad is connected a message will tell you "press A to interact" but if there is not gamepad connected, a message will tell you "press ENTER to interact" but I don't know how to do so if someone know, please tell me.

Sep 22, 2015 · Joy2Key (or is the Windows one JoyToKey? I can never remember) is a free opensource controller-to-keyboard mapper. You can use it to map your controller controls to keyboard keys and then play with your controller as if you are using the keyboard. I find that it lags a little, but that's not that big of deal with RPGs usually.
