Jan 06, 2016 · I am a customer and logged into the help and training portal. No matter which path I take down the Contact Us within the Help and Training Portal I am never presented with an option to open a case. Only: 1. Ask the Community 2. Additional Resources with links to developer.salesforce.com, the training catalog and circles of success.
