SeaMonkey is a community effort to keep the old Mozilla Application Suite going after Mozilla discontinued it after the Mozilla 1.7.13 Release back on April 21, 2006. Unfortunately the SeaMonkey community has had some issues at times in getting Releases out due to build servers and other reasons.

The current version of SeaMonkey is based upon Firefox 49.0 and the Passwords system is a real old version when compared to Firefox 60. Since SeaMonkey isn't even supported here at SUMO any longer, my advice is to try the SeaMonkey support forum over at mozillaZine.

Dec 22, 2016 · I had been using it for more then two years so it was probably a version that was there when I upgraded to Seamonkey 2.40 (Linux). Hard drive failure wiped out my Seamonkey install and I had to reinstall Seamonkey. Now LastPass won't install saying it is incompatible with Seamonkey 2.40 yet it was working with Seamonkey 2.40 before the HDD failure.

Jun 10, 2013 · I have moved your post to the Using Flash Player forums, as it is unrelated to the Flash Player 11.8 beta. We do not officially support or test Flash Player with SeaMonkey. Do you experience the same problem with other NPAPI browser like Firefox/Opera/Safari? If not, I would recommend filing a bug against SeaMonkey.
