    Jul 24, 2009 · Yeah that's right i just install Solaris 10, on my computer which already had Win XP, so i read somewhere that it can be possible munt the windows partition to have accces to my archives that i have in my windows partition but, then i discover that was for FAT32 filesystem, that s why i was asking if is possible to munt NTFS like FAT32, but... looks like it cant...

    Nov 19, 2007 · Yeah it is lame that you can't mount NTFS on Solaris. As I recall it took Linux a LONG time before the mount NTFS options were stable. Keep in mind Linux has been in the PC world A LOT longer that Solaris. What's even more lame is NTFS itself. It has been documented (URLs to follow). That FAT32 is the fastest Windows file system.
