Oct 04, 2017 · One of the problems is this code is aimed to make a mod for HL2SP/episodes/HL2MP, not for TF2. The 2013 SDK code has loose TF2 code but it misses essential one for building TF2, which you may obtain from Steam Source SDK if I'm not wrong (following the "Create a new mod" wizard) and merge it on to the SSDK2013 project (not an easy process).
