The support guys for that site asked me to switch to IPv4. But i n my case, changing to IPv4 via the router settings (DVG-N5402SP) didn't help. However, incidentally, I noticed that since around 1 week everything works! I decided to test after StarHub was doing "planned" maintenance every Monday morning for a few weeks in row.
