Jun 15, 2017 · Stream made an update in the last 24 hours, and now it WON'T RUN! I get the totally misidentified (as steam servers too busy) ERROR CODE 3. WHY DO I PERIODICALLY HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS CRAP????? The lack-of-support section of steam says to "Please make sure that Steam and all Steam games are listed as exceptions in these programs."
