The problem is that those of us who write the documents are getting very little in the way of feedback as to whether the documents we write are useful, out of date, or need revision.

Jan 22, 2011 · Well I can't access Oracle Support without entering a Sun Contract Number or Oracle Support Identifier so cannot access the "Account & Privilege" page. This was not needed on SunSolve since I could just enter the serial numbers of the machines in question and it came back with the contract number (which I stupidly didn't write down).
