    Jan 22, 2011 · Well I can't access Oracle Support without entering a Sun Contract Number or Oracle Support Identifier so cannot access the "Account & Privilege" page. This was not needed on SunSolve since I could just enter the serial numbers of the machines in question and it came back with the contract number (which I stupidly didn't write down).
