Now when I try to install "Supplemental Language Support" from the "Regional & Language Option" icon in the Control Panel, it is asking for Windows XP CD (Which I don't have).

Windows For Windows XP, getting additional languages installed is as follows: Start > Settings > Control Panel > Regional Options and Language Options.
