When I go to control panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages Tab and click the 'Install files for East Asian languages', it gives me the standard dialog about taking up 230 MB of disk space.

However, even after I installed Service Pack 2 the Supplemental language support for East Asian languages is completely missing. When I go to Regional and Language Options , click on the languages tab, then click on the box that says "Install files for East Asian languages" the box UNCHECKS itself when I click Apply !
