Sep 29, 2016 · I agree with Shelldon, for Switch there are so many limitations when using virtual, i would go physical. In saying that though, i wouldn't get a 3550, i would go 3560 or 3750 as the 3550 doesn't support everything needed for CCNP Switch and as Kev pointed out, you can connect GNS3 to real switches.
