Since I am a technet subscriber I thought I could use one of my 2 free calls. While going through the ticket process it read, to me, like these support calls were for non-production systems.

technet professional subscription and 2 free support cases The website indicates that the pro edition still allows 2 free support cases and 20% off on additional cases. I have read from others though that this has been dropped and you no longer get the 2 free cases.
