The only part not complete is the email address and it won’t accept my bigpond.com address, says it must me non bigpond.com or .net address. I don’t have another address!!! I’m certainly not going to open another one just to please Bigpond...

How can Telstra offer 24/7 support when an issue occurs that involves more than one department and one of those departments is only open during normal working hours so nothing can happen until said department is open (This has happened to me on multiple occasions). In other words why make a statement of available services when you can't provide it.
