Aug 09, 2015 · Just Today I've upgraded to WINDOWS 10 from Windows 7 and i've issues with rendering of Telugu FONT. First and foremost, TELUGU font is not being displayed properly on other browsers ( Chrome & Firefox ) except on EDGE & IE. The following is the IMAGE on how TELUGU is being shown on both EDGE and IE Browsers.

Hello - For some reason my Firefox install is not displaying web fonts properly - It may have been doing this before the 13 upgrade. Doesn't matter if it's @font-face or Typekit or whatever, it's just goes down the fallback list until it finds one that I have installed on my computer.

Font issue can be cleared up by closing all programs, go to C:\WINDOWS\Fonts in window explorer, click tools, then folder options on the menu bar, go to True Type Fonts tab, click show only TTF, apply, reboot, FireFox font issue solved

The actual content doesn't specify a font that supports Telugu, so the browser has to pick one somehow from what's available on the system. That could in principle be -any- font that has Telugu characters. The default Firefox font prefs tell us to use Gautami for Telugu, which would work fine, but only if it's installed.

If you don't have the telugu font, or you don't support font-face, or you have disallowed websites to change the fonts you've set, you won't see the page properly. You can't cut and paste what's written on this page -- you'll cut meaningless strings of latin characters.
