Hi, By default, it is not supported to set Kerberos to only one site collection in a web application. Instead of using an RSS web part to display the data from this list, you can insert it as a list view web part into a page directly, customize the list view to sort and filter, to display the data in the style you want.

Dec 11, 2014 · To do that you need to login to the other site collection, which the RSS web part does not support. The normal workaround for that is to implement Kerberos so that your credentials can be delegated. That allows authentication to pass through so that you can view the feed. There are two other ways to fix this issue.

RSS Web Part By default, the RSS Web Part can access only anonymous feeds. To allow authenticated feeds (such as feeds to authenticated SharePoint site content), you must grant the Web server computers access to the appropriate server computers by using constrained delegation in the Active Directory directory service.
