Oct 15, 2017 · The "VERR_CR_PKCS7_KEY_USAGE_MISMATCH" I believe refers to the fact that the Windows certificate database does not have the same certificate as the one presented by the DLL itself, forcing VirtualBox to outright reject the DLL. No DLL loaded, no 3D support.

The video card driver does not support Direct3D. If, in Windows XP, you goto Start->Run and type in dxdiag.exe You will see that Direct3D is available.

Mar 29, 2012 · And also, dxdiag allows me to test DirectDraw, but beside the Direct3D Acceleration test, it says it's not available. What I'm most confused about though, is why the game can't run Direct X, if it only uses d3d8.dll which doesn't have any problems.

Nov 07, 2012 · I have tried Virtualbox 3.x and currently v4.1.12 (which is the highest version I can use to be compatible with ShadowProtect). When I try to enable the screen saver(e.g. bubbles) I get the message "The screen saver can't run because it requires a newer video card or one that's compatible with Direct3D".

In System tab, i found that DirectX version is DirectX 11. In Display tab, all three DirectX features "DirectDraw, Direct3D and AGP Texture acceleration" are all not available. And i couldn't find the "Enable" button to activate. It's not like Windows XP that you can find "Enable" and "Disable" buttons.
