Apr 01, 2015 · Worked great. Fits the upper transom mounting bolts for my Mariner 90. I belive it's the same bolt pattern for most large outbourds. Measured at just under 13 inches off center. Perfect for my set up. I wish I would have bought this years ago. I think this support plate should be standard on all outboards for added transom support.4.6/5(42)

Aug 20, 2012 · I received my Teleflex Safe-T QC® Rotary Steering Kit, and after some talk with a Teleflex rep, I purchased the Teleflex Transom Support Master Mounting Kit. The rep said it would work for my outboard, 1957 Evinrude 18 hp, as a connection to the steering cable, but I haven't seen any other builds use this setup before.
