Jun 10, 2012 · The reason that the DS can run GBA carts is because the required hardware is within the GBA cart itself, but it leads many people (including me) to believe that a DS should be able to run GBA ROMs. I was just wondering if someone may have found some sort of workaround to this problem, but it appears not.

Jan 21, 2018 · Well GBA support can help with DS support in the long run as some games use the gba slot for extra features, Heck Pokemon DPPt has some areas that have wild pokemon that only appear if you have a gen 3 game in the gba slot and there's also the rumble pak and wasn't there also a gyro thing for the gba slot too?
