I asked the tech, "doesn't that defeat the purpose of having an unattended support session setup?" Now I had to explain to my customer that I could not log into his Mac to fix his issue because it was after hours and no-one was available. Hi . Yes i ment the unnatended support client. Previous versions where removed during an auto update. In the process of trying to reinstall, i deleted all logmein/gotoassist folders just to be sure there was nothing left from the old install (i did not go trough registry keys)
