    Mar 17, 2009 · /etc/acpi/lid.sh never calls /etc/acpi/sleepbtn.sh, it only blanks the screen. Manually editing /etc/acpi/event/lidbtn or /etc/acpi/lid.sh to call suspend is not a good solution, as dpkg would probably complain when upgrading to a newer version of acpi-support.
