    Jul 06, 2012 · I created a VHD file using the disk managment utlity on a windows server 2008. I then remove it using the same utlity to be given the message "the version does not support this version of the file format" I then restarted to be on the safe side and it dissapeared from disk managment but i cannot delete the file now.
