As other reviews state, no support, tickets closed without resolution. They ignore support requests and will steal money. They have closed my tickets hours after putting them in with no response. DO NOT TRUST, I am putting in an official request to remove them off the official dedicated server hosting provider lists for at least space engineers.

No Support At All. TL;DR - ViLayer's support is non-existant. Go Elsewhere! Getting a game server running is fine (its automated) but getting any additional access to your server (like command line access) requires a ticket which takes WEEKS to be answered. I'm starting to wonder if anyone even checks the website anymore...3.2/5(33)

Nov 12, 2013 · Now Im on my 3rd week with no problem what so ever. I found out that a great way to get support from them was to open a ticket, then go on their TS. Most of my problem were caused by the machine they had me on, it just got frustrating that I had dealt with these problem for a few months. I hated Vilayer for a while there.
