Right click your USB Devices on VirtualBox (Not inside Windows 10, but on the VirtualBox bar below it) and Enable the Bluetooth device detected by VirtualBox. At this point, if you follow everything and the bluetooth does not show, on some cases it is because it can't be in use before sharing it with VirtualBox.

Apple Bluetooth in my MacBook is on an (internal) USB controller, so I have to go into Ports, USB , then check enable USB Controller, check USB 2.0 (EHCI) controller, then under USB Device Filters, I click on the add device icon, and Apple Inc. Bluetooth USB Host Controller [1965] appears.

Mar 18, 2010 · What I tried till now is to install the latest Android test release on VirtualBox (and VmWare) and connected it to my Apple USB Bluetooth host controller. However I failed to switch on Bluetooth and Android x86. (Android 1.6 release worked however the necessary Bluetooth support is just in the 2.0+ version).

There is no progress and there will not be any progress in medium term. Bluetooth devices could work when connected via USB but we don't plan to support any internal bluetooth hardware so far. It's a lot of work with a questionable benefit.
