Feb 06, 2013 · Windows Server 2008 seems to be the last/most recent version of Windows Server to support 32-bit systems (or Virtual PC). I was able to install Windows Server 2008 Datacenter 32-bit from the ISO file onto Virtual PC for Windows 7 Professional 64-bit without any issues at all.
