    Jun 10, 2009 · There is an easier way to get it, and that's with Teredo. If you use Linux as Guest, install Miredo, which will create a Teredo tunnel. Windows Vista has it build in, but I don't know how it exactly works. XP will use Teredo when you install the IPv6 protocol, in the same way as Vista does. Implementing IPv6 is a lot harder than you might think.

    I meant to say that VirtualBox does not support IPv6 when guest is configured to use "bridged adapter" attached to wlan interface on Linux or Mac OS host. It is in the manual, section 6.4. Perhaps we should change the type of this ticket to "enhancement" unless somebody confirms that there are problems with IPv6 when attaching to wired interfaces.
