Jul 25, 2007 · It certainly would be interesting if VM Server did support VSS. That way you could backup running VMs in a unified manner w/o dealing with backup agents, and it would enable safe real-time backup and remote SAN synchronization (and other VSS apps)... I guess it could be possible if the guest OS supported VSS.
