Dec 10, 2010 · no, if you have an SnS agreement, you don't have to worry about per incident. Per Incident is only if you don't have an SnS agreement. I'm looking at vSphere Enterprise Plus and vCenter Standard. good choice! These licenses are required by vCloud. If we purchase 100 unit/CPU of License, only one unit of SnS would cover support, that's nice.
