Feb 14, 2011 · I assume, it has to do with your Edition of Visual Studio (missing "Enable source server support"). As far as I know, the functionality you refer to, was not available on Express Editions (VB,c#, Web, or WPF projects) of VS2008. For I do not know, if MS changed their attitude towards this issue in the meantime, this is unsure. no warranty.
