Sep 30, 2016 · I have noticed that the warrior diet has been referenced quite a bit on the forum. I've been following G Fear guidelines for a while and I feel better for it. However, for the last fortnight I've been doing some fasted cardio using Maffetone guidelines and dropping out breakfast just having a handful of nuts at about 10.30.

May 08, 2013 · Warrior Diet Experience/Maybe some guidance I like this diet because it is a perfect fit for me in that I have been a "nocturnal" eater for many years now. I did eat bkfst sometimes and lunch even when not hungry because I had fallen into the belief and propaganda that "skipping meals" was bad.
