Hi, Does anyone know if you can Can you change the table-name attribute of the conversation-state-table element in the wlw-manifest.xml file? It seems like you can (the file is in the project) but the build process overlays any and all changes. What I would like to do is name the state table something different in the database (well, actually the DBAs want to use a different name).

What I meant by putting state in a database was to design web service methods that are capable of retrieving the state from the database. For example prefer a web method User GetUser(int userId) instead of User GetUser() which will look in some custom made state container for the current user id and return its information. It's up to the consumer of the web service to decide how to handle state.

Your code fix is not a very good one, All a server needs to do is give you any certificate and it will accept it. If you are using self signed certificates you should hard-code the fingerprint of the certificate in the client and have it check that.
