Install the support tubes to the top of the wedding cake step unit. Put the step on its flat side. Insert the long support tube into designated slot on the bottom of the step. Turn the step over, and insert the shorter support tube in the top of the step. Attach the ramp piece to the top of both support tubes. There should be one per support tube.

Oct 31, 2014 · I am thinking about using a different support system for stacked wedding cakes. I am currently using a system where you sit each tier on a plastic plate and that locks into four plastic tubes. The four tubes (about 1" diameter) are inserted in the tier beneath it.
