Jan 24, 2010 · So, we should support the troops because: a) they defend our National Security. b) they volunteer and are willing to do what their country asks of them, regardless of their own personal feelings on the matter. What the troops do and are willing to do is heroic. You don't have to hide that under a cloak of "freedom" in order to appreciate it.
