Re: Battlefield 3 PC Controller Support / Aim-Assist. Usually all you have to do is plug the controller in before playing, and let the drivers install. Then boot up the game and it should work.

Oct 14, 2013 · This -If you have a wireless controller you can also use it, but you need to get a USB plug-in. -And you can also use a PS3 controller but you need the USB charging cable and a program called Motionjoy, you'll also have to find the Dualshock 3 drivers from somewhere on the internet -Or you could get a actual controller meant solely for PC use.

Can I use a xbox one controller to play battlefield 3 on the pC? It doesn't seem to work for me. I have it connected via a micro usb and i think i have all the drivers installed however i'm a little fuzz on that part.

The PC version does not support a 360 controller at all. You can map some buttons because it picks it up as a generic controller, but QTEs are hardcoded for the keyboard.
