Jan 11, 2017 · I am the admin, as I said in the original message ANY email @ the domain says the same message. It doesn't even let you type in a password. Its not a problem with the exchange setup, as it works on phones, and outlook etc. Something is going wrong with the Windows Accounts / Mail App.

Oct 12, 2015 · The best workaround I have found, to the lack of connectivity with Outlook 2016 and the freezing of the Windows 10 mail app, is to use Thunderbird to connect to our Exchange server via a third party plug-in called ExQuilla which actually uses the Outlook Web App settings.
