Unfortunately I cannot help you, because I neither have nor am able to offer an Intel USB 3.0 driver, which will run with Windows XP or Windows Server 2003. EDIT: Maybe you will find a working Intel USB 3.0 driver for W2k3 within >this Sub-Forum.
