Aug 13, 2011 · I recently formatted my laptop, and now I cannot install Korean language support any more. I have two issues. First, when I choose "Install files for East Asian languages" from "Supplemental language support," I get "Please insert the Compact Disc labeled 'Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 CD' into your CD-ROM dirve and then click OK."
