On a NetGear, look for the QoS Setup option, under the blue Advanced header on the left side of the page. However with WMM disabled my download speed was 20Mbps and with WMM enabled my download speed was 1Mbps. I know that this method isn't exactly scientific, but that seems like a big enough difference to say that WMM is screwing something up for me. Again I only enabled WMM I left the prioritization disabled.
