Nov 16, 2016 · It supports my Logitech set to XBox compatibility so it should also support XBox and yes, you can remap your gamepad The only fall back is that if you play local with other people you have to pass the gamepad (hot seat) unless your buddy is at a wireless keyboard/mouse.

Dec 10, 2013 · Controller support could have easily been added with all the patches that have been made, but there is very little demand for it. You need the keyboard because it has the F-buttons to select weapons -- I doubt your gamepad has 13 spare buttons just for weapons, plus 5 buttons for fuse, 2 bounce buttons, 2 jump buttons, walking, talking, thinking, moonwalking, etc.

I have an xbox 360 controller plugged in but the game doesn't seem to recognize it, any help? I have the Windows controller that works and looks identeical to the xbox 360 controller. I was having the same issues.

Aug 23, 2016 · Apparently, if the 360 controller isn't the only enabled "Controller" when you Run > joy.cpl (or go to your control panel > Game Controllers), the game won't recognize the input from the controller. I've removed another controller and drivers I had enabled in there so only the 360 controller shows up and it works fine now.
