There is no need for the router to support IPv6. The router (i.e. the routing component in the WRT) is not involved in LAN traffic or homegroup communication. This all happens based on MAC addresses inside your ethernet LAN and only passes through the switch inside the WRT.

What Linksys should support is: - Native IPv6 (will be useful once Comcast, Rogers, and other turn on IPv6 this summer) - IPv6 Tunnels - when provider does not support native IPv6 - 6to4, Teredo, ISATAP, TSP - tunnels over all IPv4 networks!
