Nov 08, 2008 · The image was designed to be frozen to when XP was created. (2002). Adding Dot net 2.0, 3.0 or 3.5, And or Internet Exploer, would not allow Microsoft to pass European sales. But in additon, adding the Sata drivers would increase the complexity of support. There are no easy answers except to do what you are currently doing.
